Afro Beats N' Africa, this will be nothing less than a vibe! Come experience the sounds and portraits of Africa as we close my first exhibit, Perspective.
As an innate creative, I often look for avenues to express myself. Over the last few year, I have been yearning to showcase my photography from my trips to Africa and other places within the world, and I DID IT! These images are windows to my heart and the season I was in while capturing these images. Instead of living fearful of the perception of others, I will continue to stand in transparency and in truth. This is me. This is my heart. This is the closing of my first exhibit, Perspective.

The Re-Written Narrative Pop Up series is heading to Richmond. Hmble Hstle Clothing with their newest partnership with Virginia is For Lovers is collaborating with RichWine to bring you the next edition of the Rewritten Series.
Founded in 2019 by Richmond natives, Lance Lemon and Kristen Gardner Beal, two friends who believe in sharing their enjoyment of clean farmed wines, now bring you a catalog of their favorite varietals from around the world. RichWine is a black owned, woman owned business.
Kristen (founder of RichWine) and Xavier (founder of Hmble Hstle Clothing and The Humble Hustle Co (non-profit), first crossed paths on New Years Eve 2020. Their separate friend groups both found their way to South Africa to enjoy the Everyday People celebrations in Johannesburg! The crews merged and Kristen and Xavier realized they were both Virginia natives and small business owners in their home state.
Fast forward to today… Xavier's hustler spirit and humble mentality has created a partnership with Virginia Tourism Corporation to enthuse and re-write the narrative of black travel in Virginia. This pop up will provide shopping, wine, food, networking and more. Stop by and visit the two established businesses between Roanoke and Richmond, on Sunday, November 14th from 2-6pm at Canvas Studios RVA.
Its official, Our highly anticipated collaboration with Virginia is for Lovers™ is here! This pop up will celebrate the importance of black travel in our home state, Virginia. When we travel, we enrich local communities with our vibrancy.
The event will provide clothing, food, drinks, games, culture, give-aways, raffles and an experience.
